• Purpose and acceptance of the GTC •

The company PARK SIDE INSPIRED RIDERS (hereinafter referred to as PSIR) registered trademark of products made from environmentally friendly materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”).

These general conditions govern the sales of Products made by the company PSIR on the website www.psir.fr (the "Site") to any natural person acquiring the products for private use (the "Customer").

When the customer buys the product(s), he acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and accepts them without reservation.
The sales contract concluded between PSIR and the Customer is subject to French law, the application of any international agreement being excluded.

I - Products

Essential characteristics and service.

PSIR informs the Customer of the essential characteristics of the products offered for sale, relating, in particular, to:

The layout of the brand logo and model.
The price.
Technical and material characteristics.
Refer to the description.
PSIR invites the Customer to take note of these characteristics.
Namely that the photographs or illustrations of the Products presented on the Site are non-contractual

PSIR is committed to fulfilling online orders within the limits of available stocks.
In the absence of stock, PSIR undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible by email or telephone. The Customer may then cancel or modify his order, a replacement product may be sent to him with his agreement. Or, if applicable, a refund.

II - Price

All prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC), excluding transport costs if there are and excluding customs duties or other special taxes from the foreign country to mainland France.

PSIR reserves the right to modify the prices indicated on the Site at any time and without notice. The Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order by the Customer.

III - After-sales service and warranty

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is informed that he can resort to a consumer mediator, after the failure of an amicable settlement attempt directly with PSIR, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, to the '' with the exception of return costs, by completing the standard withdrawal form sent to him by email or available on the Site or directly from the Site.

The Customer will then receive, without delay, an acknowledgment of receipt of his withdrawal by email.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, broken or damaged, for any reason whatsoever, will not be taken back.

The Products are guaranteed for a period of 2 (two) years from their date of purchase.

Damage caused to the Products resulting from:

From its obsolescence, misuse, abuse, neglect, an incident: traces of impact, breakage, scratches or cuts.

The action resulting from crippling defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.

PSIR will examine the Customer's request and proceed, at the Customer's choice, to the exchange or refund of the Product (s)

IV - Placing an order

The customer selects the product on the site then places an order and then indicates the delivery address, chooses the delivery method and the payment method.

He confirms his order by clicking on the Confirm order button, he then declares that he accepts it and all of these General Conditions of Sale, without reservation.
The Customer proceeds to payment. He will receive his order form by email.

V - Payment


Payment is made by credit card or via Paypal

In accordance with Article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By providing the information relating to his bank card, the Customer authorizes PSIR to debit his bank card for the amount corresponding to the price of the Products to which are added the delivery costs, all taxes included.
To this end, the Customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited, that the name appearing on the bank card is indeed his and that he has the necessary authorizations to proceed with the payment, if applicable.

In the event of a refused payment the order would be canceled.
A detailed invoice is sent by e-mail to the Customer for each order.

Secure payments

The Site is subject to a security system: the SSL encryption process, reinforced by a set of scrambling and encryption processes to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to means and payment information.

VI - Delivery

PSIR offers free delivery for each product. However, is not responsible for an error in entering information relating to the customer's address; additional costs will be incurred if one of our products is sent to the wrong address.

PSIR guaranteed to be delivered in a maximum of 7 (seven) days. However most of the time the order arrives within 4 days.

The customer may reserve the right to be reimbursed in the event of non-delivery.

VII - Personal data

The data collected and subsequently processed by PSIR are those that the Customer voluntarily transmits via the form and concern, at a minimum, the Customer's first and last name, a delivery address and a valid e-mail address.

The data identified as mandatory in the form are necessary for the management of orders, the authentication of payments and the delivery of the Products.

VIII - Force majeure

PSIR cannot be held liable for any delay or breach of contract resulting from a case of force majeure, namely an event external to the parties, irresistible and unforeseeable such as a natural disaster.

IX - Applicable law and disputes

PSIR reserves the right to modify the provisions of these general conditions of sale at any time, the Customer being bound by these modifications so orders will be governed by the version of the general conditions of sale in force on the day the order is placed. .
