Refund policy
RETOURS
Our return policy lasts 15 (fifteen) days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase (s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. CF Consumer Code.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot exchange intimate use textiles (underwear).
There are certain situations where only one partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has some missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than & nbsp; 15 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE REFUNDS OR MISSING (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after doing all of these steps you still don't have not received your refund, please contact us through our website contact page or through our social networks.
EXCHANGES by guarantee
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the contact form or our social networks. This is valid for 2 years.
